1. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Because we operate as an independent studio focusing strictly on italian craft footwear, our fulfillment process bypasses conventional high-volume distribution centers. This allows us to maintain strict quality inspection checkpoints for every order.

  • Processing & Quality Control: All orders undergo a rigorous 48-hour inspection timeline. We verify the physical hardware integrity, internal leather linings, and digital manufacturing passport links before dispatch.
  • Global Transit Timelines: Once cleared from our international hubs, shipments typically arrive within 5 to 9 business days. Tracking credentials are automatically transmitted via email upon dispatch.
  • Signature Presentation Preservation: Every item is dispatched inside a heavy-duty, climate-insulated protective overbox. This ensures that the original branded boxing, cotton dust bags, and accompanying documentation remain completely unaltered during transit.
  • Customs & Duties: To guarantee seamless delivery standards, all international shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). All local import fees, taxes, and handling duties are fully calculated and settled at checkout.

2. RETURN POLICY

We understand that investing in premium star sneakers and luxury distressed shoes requires complete confidence. We offer a structured, secure return window designed to match elite retail standards.

  • The 14-Day Window: Return initialization requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the documented delivery timestamp.
  • Unaltered Verification Integrity: Due to the unique nature of hand-distressed craftsmanship, items must be returned in their exact delivered state. Footwear must be completely unworn, free from any non-intentional creases, and missing no structural elements.
  • Hardware & Tag Requirements: The security tags attached during our laboratory inspection must remain fully intact. Returns will not be accepted if the safety tags have been cut, altered, or reattached.
  • Complete Packaging Return: To qualify for a full reversal, the entire signature presentation-including the original branded box, original dust packaging, and verified digital identity documents-must be enclosed inside the protective outer shipping container.
